Got to thank my main man Derek Deal for highlighting these on his blog. These are 8 bit mash ups of old school nintendo theme tunes and rapping. The mix is tight and works suprisingly well! Youtube ain’t just the basis for lame Channel 4 programmes after all.

The exceptionally talented Derek Deal has been going visually crazy again all over the Electric Zombie Site. This time it’s for their 2009 summer line, which I’m pleased to say is deeply inspired by the turtles. You have Beebop and Rocksteady in there, alongside a mean looking Donatello. There’s even a Baxtor Stockman tee which was designed by Derek Deal himself. The illustrations just bring out the tees and everyone loves ooze right?!
